except warm up 3 times.


Stage 3:


Warm up of 'ha ha, ho ho'. Breathe in, stretching back, breathe out
'hee hee hee'. Breathe in, lift up, hands down to knees, then relax.
Repeat 3 times. Stand still and take one deep breath.


Stage 4:


Warm up of 'ha ha, ho ho'. Breathe in, come up and with arms
outstretched, release a full laugh. Repeat 3 times. Stand still with
one deep breath.


Stage 5:


Stretch to left side twice. Stretch to right side twice. Stretch up
twice. Relax.


Pressing some points on the palms of your hand, massage gently
wherever feels good for 30 seconds or more while ending the
session with a joke (take turns if in a regular group) and start your
day with a smile.


The highest human goal, call it enlightenment or wisdom, consists
of being able to look at everything and accept it how it is, and to
understand that it is fine as it is.
