Law of attraction states that what you need, be it physical,
mental, spiritual or otherwise, will be attracted to you at the right
time. Ask for it. If there is something you unselfishly and honestly
want, whether it be a meal, a friend, a pound or a business empire
then it will come to you. Like attracts like. Be positive, smile, be
happy and learn to love and the same will come to you, in some
form or other.
Vary your diet and let variety be its main spice.
Add more alkaline foods to your diet.
Attempt not to use the words should, could or would in
your speech.
Practice regular exercise of your choice, also with some
form of meditation.
Hug at least one person a day and smile as often as
possible.
