Eat natural, organic wholefoods. Avoid tinned, pre-
packaged and preserved foods. Fresh is best, garden fresh is
better, wild foods are the ultimate.

If a child is ill and does not want food - do not force feed.
Consider letting the child fast on honey water or diluted fresh
juices for a day, or so.

Be mindful of food combinations, even if you do not follow
them rule by rule.

Do not drink more than a few sips of water during a meal,
and not at all for 30 minutes before or 1 1/2 hours after eating.

Do not drink any thing too hot or too cold.

For one day a week eat just one meal or try a juice fast.
Consider once a month trying a 24-48hr fast.

Reduce or limit the amount of bread, rice, potatoes, pasta
and biscuits you eat daily. You can go totally without starchy,
mucus-forming foods. Replace with large quantities of fresh
organic fruit as discussed in the craving section.

Do not eat for at least a few hours after waking. Try just
hot water, or add some lemon and maybe a small amount of
honey if you prefer.

If you must cook your foods, try not to fry or overcook. Try
to make 50%-95% of your diet raw, living fruit and green
vegetables, combine properly and you really will not generally
need to worry about vitamins, minerals, calorie content or your
health again.

Avoid leftovers and aim for freshly cooked meals.
