Breakfast
The traditional English breakfast of bacon, eggs, beans and toast
drains more energy from the system that you can imagine until
you have experienced a natural state of being. The English
tradition of tea breaks is necessary for stimulation because of
feeling drained from digesting such food combinations. Breaks are
fine, but are more useful to our being when spent talking, walking
or enjoying natural energy foods such as celery snacks or mouth-
watering fruits.
It is most beneficial to take one kind of fruit at a time,
preferably at breakfast. First thing in the morning 1 recommend a
glass of warm water with a slice of lemon.
Hemp, especially in its soft and nutty hulled form, can be
used as a nutritional additive to most breakfasts, such as on
organic muesli or porridge; also try wheatgerm (natural or toasted
slightly) for added vitamin B and E, as well as whole or hulled
hemp seeds.
