Seeds
&
Nuts
Hemp, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, almond, brazil, cashew,
chestnut, hazelnut, pecan, walnut, poppy. These are good sources
of oils. They can be ground to make flour, lightly toasted to make a
delicious snack or made into a delectable butter.
Beverages
Well or spring water should be the number one drink of the day.
Other excellent drinks include green tea, organic fresh herbal teas
(avoid tea in a bag that contains tannin) like chamomile, mint,
sage or thyme, a good stock of home brewed hemp beer or dark
hemp wine for those special occasions. The more salad and living
foods you enjoy, the less you will need to drink.
