Many years of un-conditioning myself to these lifelong
habits has proved hard, yet worthwhile work in many ways.
Despite low standards of hygiene, I found that people in India are
generally happy and healthy with what they have. I personally
sleep less that I used to, have energy to do three times the
amount I used to, and often feel happy when I wake in the
mornings. It is my task to share the information gathered on the
path to such results, to share with children and adults alike all the
keys that are needed. It is important to educate children from an
early age about the effects of food on the body, mind and soul.


It is not an easy task to relieve yourself of the habit of
being the kind of person that you are and this is partly due to other
people. Maybe you don’t want to change, maybe you are not
ready now. Either way, we can realize that others have got into the
habit of experiencing us being in the habit of living in a particular
way. These people experience us as what we were, in the past,
something that no longer exists rather than what we are in the
present. You may find this when, for example, you visit your family
after some time. To break these habits it is not necessary to move
away from such a group, but it does mean breaking away from the
habit reinforcing influence of the group.


My friends and family often think I am wasting my energy
working so hard with food, whilst they sometimes east junk foods,
saving time for more ‘important’ tasks. If only we had learnt the
habit of positive foods from an early age. From my experience, it is
very difficult to convince people to alter their eating patterns. The
offer of a vast amount of research from any new and ancient
cultural sources is available to you now, summarized in a few
pages along with some wonderful recipes that are as enjoyable to
make and share as they are to eat. Ultimately, only you can
choose how you use the information here.
