2 SLICES WHOLE WHEAT BREAD, TOASTED
1 SLICE CANADIAN BACON
1 TOMATO, SLICED, OR 1 GREEN BELL PEPPER, SLICED
Mix the egg and egg whites in a bowl; add the flaxseed. Coat a skillet with cooking spray, scramble
the eggs over medium heat, and dump onto the toast. Add the bacon and vegetable.
