Make an extra-quick fruit sorbet. Open a can of peaches, the light-syrup kind, and transfer
contents to a large plastic freezer bag. Place the bag in a bowl and put in the freezer overnight.
Place the plastic bag of frozen peaches in a pan of hot water for about a minute. Open the bag
and pour the liquid into a blender. Transfer the frozen peaches to a cutting board and chop into
1-inch pieces. Then dump into the blender with the syrup, and puree.
