ABS DIET POWER TIP
Order unsweetened iced tea instead of soda. A 20-OUNCE sugary soft drink contains upward
of 17 TEASPOONS of sugar and 255 calories. A gallon of unsweetened iced tea? Zero.
Bonus: Tea delivers more antioxidants than does a serving of carrots or broccoli.
