1 EGG
2 SLICES WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
2 SLICES REDUCED-SODIUM DELI HAM
1 SLICE LOW-FAT CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 SLICE TOMATO
2 LEAVES ROMAINE LETTUCE

1. Lightly coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and add egg. Fry to desired doneness.


2. While cooking the egg, toast the bread. Add the ham, cheese, tomato, and lettuce (in that order) to


one slice of toast. Top with the hot egg and remaining bread slice.
