12 OUNCES SOFT SILKEN TOFU, DRAINED
2 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTRACT
1 TEASPOON ALMOND EXTRACT
1 CUP SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS, MELTED
3 ½ OUNCES 2 PERCENT GREEK YOGURT
Place the tofu, vanilla, and almond extract in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the chocolate and
blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the container as needed. Pour into a large bowl. Fold in the
yogurt until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.


Makes 4 servings.
