1 BANANA, MASHED
1 APPLE, SHREDDED
½ CUP UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
¼ CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
1 SCOOP VANILLA WHEY PROTEIN POWDER
1 CUP WHOLE GRAIN PASTRY FLOUR
3 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray.
2. Mix all the ingredients. Spoon into the muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick
inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Makes 12 muffins.
