½ teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
1 pound hamburger
4 slices Swiss cheese
1. Mix the mushroom soup, mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce together.
2. Place mixture in a small sauce pan over low heat and let simmer.
3. Mix the Accent, Seasoned Salt, and pepper into the hamburger.
4. Form the hamburger into 4 patties and fry in a skillet or grill for 4–5 minutes per side until
done.
5. Put each patty onto a bun and add the Swiss cheese and mushroom sauce.

1 plain hamburger bun
1/3 pound ground beef
2 slices American cheese
1 tablespoon Thousand Island salad dressing
1 slice fresh tomato
1 lettuce leaf
1 thin slice of onion
1. Preheat a frying pan or the grill. Lightly toast both halves of the hamburger bun and set
aside.
2. Divide the beef into 2 even portions and form into patties. Season the patties with salt and
pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side.
3. Place a slice of cheese on each hamburger patty and melt the cheese.
4. Assemble from bottom to top: bun, salad dressing, tomato, lettuce, burger, onion, burger,
and then bun top.
