The must-have recipe for your wings.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 2 CUPS
3 sticks of softened butter
½ cup Tabasco sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon paprika
3/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper


1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Ruby Tuesday Chicken Quesadillas


This is a great recipe for a party appetizer, but can be a meal when combined with rice and a
salad, as well.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
1 (5-ounce) chicken breast half, boned and skinned
¼ cup Italian salad dressing
1 (12′′) flour tortilla
2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
1 tablespoon plus ¼ cup diced tomato
1 tablespoon diced jalapeño pepper
Cajun seasoning, to taste
½ cup shredded lettuce
