INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 CUP
¼ cup paprika
2 teaspoons cayenne
2 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons ground white pepper
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons oregano


1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
2. Store the mixture in an airtight container out of direct sunlight. It will keep for up to 6
months.

Chevys Fresh Mex San Antonio Veggies


These fajita vegetables can be served with almost any Mexican dish.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 4 CUPS
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups thinly sliced yellow onions
1 tablespoon Chevys Fresh Mex Fuego Spice Mix (see above)
1 cup thinly sliced red bell peppers
1 cup thinly sliced green bell peppers


1. In a sauté pan over high heat, heat olive oil until it smokes.
2. Add the onions and spice mix and sauté 4 minutes.
3. Add the peppers and sauté 2 more minutes.
