Chanda Zaveri

I think you would find you purpose in life.”As founder and president of Activor, Ms. Zaveri is the driving force behind
all its developments. A molecular biologist, geneticist, and protégé to
two time Nobel Laureate Dr. Linus Pauling, Ms. Chanda Zaveri is a leader
in the evolution of the biotechnology industry. Her most recent
contributions include innovative developments in cosmeceuticals,
nutriceuticals, wound-healing technology and cancer chemotherapeutics.
Ms. Zaveri received a Masters degree in Molecular Biology and
Genetics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Subsequent
graduate studies were undertaken at California Polytechnic University
(“Cal Tech”). After working with a major pharmaceutical corporation in
Southern California, Ms. Zaveri chose to pursue her own scientific visions
as an entrepreneur. Her subsequent accomplishments have proven her
steadfast commitment to scientific integrity and global vision for the
application of her research findings.
The respect enjoyed by Ms. Zaveri among her scientific and
medical colleagues rightly confirms her status as an innovative and
leading personality in the expanding world of biotechnology. Ms. Zaveri
has been offered many awards, most notably an honorary doctorate from
Harvard University for her discoveries in skin pigment formation. For
more than seven years, she has worked diligently to unite her research
findings with marketable applications in cosmetics and nutriceuticals.
