Who do you think you are?

Who I am is joy, appreciation, and outrageous possibilities. I choose to
spend my treasured time teaching about the message of our emotions
and experiencing the joy of living in alignment with them. I listen to my
emotions at every possible opportunity. The joy and purpose of my life
is, quite literally, allowing myself to experience joy!
I’m here to live joyfully every moment I can. I’m here to follow
my bliss. I’m here to feel “good.” Paradoxically, I’m also here to fully
experience and inquire into the messages hidden in the pain and resistance
of life and remember in those moments that joy is still possible—even
when it feels as distant as the stars.

my peers, being rejected by God, or the pain of rejecting myself for
renouncing my identity and sense of life calling.
This crisis created a deep yearning to understand who I am and
why I’m here—such a deep desire that I now spend much of my life
