not eat too many fresh fruits and vegetables at first. Also
every person must learn, if they truly want to attain
perfection, they should not eat a heavy morning
breakfast that saps their energy! See Pep Drink, page 114.
You will continually hear people say, “Breakfast is
the most important meal of the day.” This is simply not
true! Scientifically, it takes a tremendous amount of
nervous energy to chew, digest, absorb and eliminate a
typical American breakfast. The average person believes
that a hearty breakfast is going to give them strength.
They believe this having been brainwashed by TV and
print commercials and propaganda created for the
producers of modern breakfast products: cereals, breads,
pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, tea, coffee, cocoa,
milk, etc. It’s in their financial interest to have people
believing they need a big breakfast for lots of energy.

Toxic Wastes are Poisons and Slow Killers!


If we could only burn into your consciousness the
one simple fact that toxic wastes are poisonous agents
that deteriorate and slowly kill human flesh, we’d feel
that half of our work is accomplished! Naturally an adult
that lives an active life in the sun and the fresh air is going to
have a more mature skin than a 5 -month-old baby, but that
doesn’t mean it must appear to be an old skin! We have seen
men and women in their 80 s, 90 s and older who barely had
a wrinkle or line on their face. Dr. John Harvey Kellogg was
one of the greatest American health doctors who ever lived.
The last time my father saw him, the famous doctor was
giving a health lecture in his ninety-third year! He had the
skin of a young man and a smooth face that literally shined
with health like a polished apple! This is what my father and
