Overeating is a Vicious, Dangerous Habit
Most people also over-fuel with the wrong foods!
They have been told they must have regular meals at
regular hours and they believe this nonsense! They
hardly have one meal down before they are beginning
another. They think that with this constant stuffing they
are “keeping up their strength” – but they are doing just
the opposite! They are weakening their precious Vital
Force! How? By overeating they are burdening the
machinery of their entire body! This continual eating
also never gives their machinery time to repair or rest.
That’s the reason we stress a 24 hour weekly cleansing
fast as essential! This is vital to unclogging and cleansing
your system! See Chapter 9 for the importance of fasting,
plus do read our Bragg book The Miracle of Fasting.
We see these greatly over-stuffed and over-fueled
people every day. Look around – you too will notice
many overweight, sluggish victims of over-fueling on
the wrong foods! Most of them also suffer from poor
posture and chronic fatigue! They get up tired and go to
bed tired! They push all kinds of stimulants (coffee, sugars,
cola drinks, alcohol and pills) into themselves to try to
keep going during the day. Then they swallow sleeping
pills to try and get to sleep at night! If this describes
you, take notice and change your lifestyle towards health
today! Also to enhance sleep try one of the new memory
foam 2 inch mattress toppers. Don’t waste another
precious day – start now on your Bragg Healthy Lifestyle!
The Ignorant Ridicule the Health-Minded
These same half-dead creatures are always ready to
say cruel things! They ridicule those who strive to take
better care of themselves by becoming the “Health
Captains” of their health and taking constructive control
of their own lifestyles! Please be strong and ignore them!
During your weekly 24 hour fast try to avoid criticizing anyone or anything!
Fill yourself only with loving, positive thoughts, not only on your fasting and
cleansing days, but everyday! Before you speak put your words to this test:
