Question: My children will not eat raw fruit, raw vegetables
or lightly-cooked vegetables. All they want is junk, fast foods
- meat, greasy french fried potatoes, hot dogs, hamburgers,
white bread, pizzas, and sweets (candy, cakes, cookies, ice
cream, cola, diet and soft drinks, etc). What should I do?
Answer: It’s too bad that these children didn’t have a better
start nutritionally. Their 260 taste buds have become
perverted. They crave stimulating foods: protein, starch, fat
and refined sugar products. You will have to take control of
their health as a parent and guardian and start to give healthy
orders! Keep out of your home the white refined breads,
salty, fast junk foods, high fat, french fries, and the deadly
sugar candies and sweets, cola and soda drinks (page v) and
diet aspartame drinks (page 120 and 23 - foods to avoid list).
Prepare delicious, healthy meals and if they refuse them,
that’s wonderful – let them fast! Keep them home and
confined until they do eat healthy foods. Children need
strict discipline in their eating! When they develop a real
natural hunger they will discover the goodness of natural
healthy foods. Children from even three years and up can
easily enjoy a 24 hour water or juice fast. After they fast,
they will relish salads, juicy fruits and delicious natural
foods you put before them! We prefer you train them to
enjoy healthier vegetarian meals. If you insist, occasionally
they can have small portions of organically fed meat or
fish with their salads and cooked veggies. But always have
them first eat a raw vegetable salad before cooked foods.
It’s your adult, mature mind overseeing your child’s
mind. You can slowly change your meals over to healthy
menus and control the eating habits of your family!
Remember, parents prepare with their two hands for
their family – either Health or Sickness – it’s up to you!
If you are honest with yourself, you will quickly discover that most of the
things we truly love to do in our leisure time are not only simple, but also
free and surprisingly healthy. So, instead of rushing out to see the latest film
or show, why not watch the sunset? Take a walk in nature alone or with a
loved one! Read the Bible, a favorite book or listen to your favorite music!
