rebuild the digestive system! Remember to chew each
mouthful of food thoroughly! Your stomach has no
teeth! This healthy habit improves digestion and health.

Question: Is it harmful to take a nap after a noon meal
or to go to bed soon after your dinner meal?

Answer: Children and babies, after eating, often take a
nap. Most animals eat, then sleep. Your food digests
whether you are asleep or awake. If you have your main
meal during the day, and are able to rest afterwards, take
a nap. We believe in naps when possible. This nap helps
give you two days in one. You will awaken refreshed and
ready for the rest of your day and evening. But, you must
adjust to what is best for you and your time. In Europe,
South America, etc. short nap siestas after lunch are
popular. Heavy lunches take your energy – avoid them,
instead enjoy healthy salads, soups, veggies or fruits!

Question: I have tried to fast for 24 hours, but I get so
weak it’s difficult to stay on my fast. I get headaches and feel
sick in the stomach and some nausea. What should I do?

Answer: This should definitely convince you to fast for
you have a tremendous amount of toxic poisons stored in
the pipes, organs and tissues of your body! You had better
go to bed during your first few fasts to give your body
complete rest and quiet! This rest will aid Mother Nature in
removing the toxic poisons from your body. Remember,
when you feel nauseated – drink 2 – 3 glasses of pure water
and throw up! You must not fight it – yield! This is usually a
sign you have stomach upset from bile, other acids and
toxins dumping in your stomach – and your stomach
wants them out! This also can happen from food upsets,
pregnancy morning sickness, etc. When you feel nauseated,
usually you feel relieved soon after vomiting it all out!

There is no trifling with nature; it is always true, dignified, and just;
it is always in the right, and the faults and errors belong to us.
