Seep can of corned beef in hot water to melt the fat.
Leave it to the side
Heat a pan on medium high heat and spray with oil
Add diced onion and cook for 1-2 mins
Open the can of corned beef and drain the fat (juice)
into a cup.
Add the corned beef, mix to combine and cook
through for 2-3 mins
Add the pumpkin, place lid on the pan and allow to
steam for 5 mins
Add the coleslaw salad mix, mix to combine, place lid
on the pan and allow to steam and reduce in size for
another 5 mins
