Preheat a large pot on medium heat and add
the olive oil. Once heated, add the onion and
cook throughAdd the oyster blade steak and cook for 5 mins.
Then pour enough water to cover the steak in
the potAdd salt reduced beef stock and close the lid,
leaving it to cook for 45 minsThen place all the chopped vegetables into the
pot and allow it to cook for 25 minsFinally, roughly chop the watercress and add
into the pot to blanch for 1-2 mins to complete01

· 1 cube salt reduced

· ¼ pumpkin (peeled and
chopped into small chunks)
· 3 potatoes (chopped into
small chunks)
· 4 carrots (chopped)
· 2 bunches of watercress
(roughly chopped)
