Method


Finally, add the green vegetable mix
(beans, spinach and kale) over the top
and spread evenly

Place foil over the tray to cover and
seal the top

Bake in preheated oven for 1 ½ hrs

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Cut and prepare the chicken thighs
and pork and place in a bowl

In another bowl add the chopped
carrot and sweet potato

In a separate bowl add chopped green
beans, chopped kale and spinach

To prepare the Mumu, place the green
banana leaf onto a tray

Place the vegetable mixture onto the
leaf to cover

Add the meat mixture onto the
vegetable mix and spread evenly

Add sliced onion and garlic mixture
over the meat and spread evenly

Pour the lite coconut cream across the
mixture in the tray
