Film Sweet
Country
Film4, 11.50pm

Based on a real murder
case in 1920s Australia,
this film focuses on an
Aboriginal farmhand
(Hamilton Morris)
working for the kindly
Fred Smith (Sam Neill).
Mistreatment by
another landowner
leads to violence and
a manhunt. (15, 2017)

his name (and fortune)
targeting businesses he
feels are undervalued,
or nabbing a stake and
pushing for corporate
change. He’s a
charismatic presence,
even if the questions —
and the precise nature
of his business dealings
— aren’t always
answered by Icahn or
the many financial
journalists invited to
offer their views.

The Restless
Billionaire
Sky Documentaries/
Now, 9pm

Corporate raider or
champion of the little
guy? Activist investor
or ruthless financier?
These are the questions
explored in Bruce
David Klein’s HBO
documentary about the
octogenarian Carl
Icahn, who has made

Hannah (Nicola
Walker) and her
husband, Nathan
(Stephen Mangan),
since infidelity has
driven them to the
divorce courts. Oh,
the irony. Matters are
complicated by a new
woman in Nathan’s life,
the formidable Kate
(Lara Pulver), who
gives his tough
soon-to-be-ex-spouse
a run for her money.

The Split
BBC1, 9pm

Ah, it’s series three of
the drama about the
sisters, the legal
business and their
messy love lives —
which can sometimes
make the divorce
cases they handle
seem tame by
comparison. This is
the final run, and it’s
crunch time for

Travel Man:
48 Hours in...
Channel 4, 8.30pm

The jolly and irreverent
travel show returns,
with a newly installed
host, Joe Lycett, who
takes over from
Richard Ayoade. He
accompanies James
Acaster to the Basque
Country, where they
visit the stunning
Guggenheim gallery in

Bilbao. As they sample
tourist destinations of
mixed appeal, this is at
least as much about
the banter as the sites.
The key to each episode
is the chemistry with
Lycett’s guest, and
while our pair are
naturally funny and
charming, there may
be a little too much
competitive male
comedian wisecracking
for some tastes.
