I tried the Freeletics
app out after a 15-min
sprint interval session
on the treadmill. It
was a really good
endurance workout. I
love that it has a time r
so you can keep track
of finishin g time s and
personal bests. I
chose the Athena
workout which is
supp osed to improve
your ener gy levels.

With five quick rounds
of mountain climbers
sit-ups and squats it
definitely gavemy
core a much-needed
workout that was
perfect in combination
with HIIT. As I used this
app in the gym I
added a 10kg weight
to my squats fo r extra
resistance as I did find
the non- weighted
squats easy. What’s
grea t about this app
is that it suits any
fitness level – you
can make it as hard
as you please.
