Barracuda Lake, located

in Coron, Palawan – in the Luzon

island group – offers both beginners

and professional divers a sensory

experience that is incomparable

to anywhere else.

A trail leads to a mix of blue hues

where fresh and saltwater meet, set

against the lush backdrop of verdant

limestone formations. When taking the

plunge into the azure, the lake engulfs

its guests in thermocline gradients,

both cool and warm. Rumour has it that

if you venture deep enough, you will

encounter the barracuda from whom

the lake takes its name. The only way

to find out is to take this adventure into

your own hands!
