- Twisting Flow
Still on your back, place both feet flat on the floor with the knees bent. Arms are spread wide
in a T shape. Exhale to twist both knees to one side. Inhale to centre. Exhale to the other
side. Continue this flow for about one minute. Finish the twisting flow by holding the twist for
5 breaths on each side.
- Relaxation
Extend the legs out. Let the feet roll out. Arms are beside the body, palms facing up. Adjust
as you need to find a comfortable position in your body right now. You may need to bend
your knees or take any other posture that you are familiar with for your final rest. Take as
long as you need to release your day and prepare yourself for the rest of your evening.
