It can be known from Table4.24that, in 2006–2010, thefive-year average

increasable amounts of Patents, EI articles, TOPESI articles, and Monographs in

DEA-inefficient 211Us are 23.30, 97.08, 1.40, 2.06 respectively, and thefive-year

average increasable proportions of SCI articles and CSCD articles in
