(3) Analysis on the Eastern, Central and Western 211Us

It’s observable from Table4.26that, on the indicator of Patents, the increasable

amount of DEA-inefficient central 211Us is higher than that of eastern 211Us or

western 211Us in 2006–2010, and thefive-year averages of eastern, central and

western 211Us are 16.62, 38.53, and 25.23 respectively for the eastern, central and

western 211Us. Inside eastern 211Us, in 2006–2010, the increasable amount of

Patents of JUs is lower than that of HSZUs or OUs, and thefive-year averages are
