2007, while the increasable amount of OUs is higher than that of JUs or HSZUs in
2008 – 2010. Thefive-year averages of JUs, HSZUs, and OUs are 89.89, 102.35,
and 101.74 respectively. From Fig.4.17, we can observe that the increasable
amount of eastern or western 211Usfirst increases then decreases, and that of
central 211Us is in the uptrend. Inside eastern 211Us, the increasable amount of JUs
first increases then decreases substantially, and then rebounds slightly, and the
increasable amount of HSZUs or OUsfirst increases then decreases.
It can be known from Table4.28that, on the indicator of TOPESI articles, the
increasable amount of DEA-inefficient central 211Us is lower than that of eastern
211Us or western 211Us in 2006–2010, and thefive-year averages of eastern,
central and western 211Us are 1.7, 0.87, and 1.16. Inside eastern 211Us, the
increasable amount of JUs is much higher than that of HSZUs or OUs, and the
five-year averages of JUs, HSZUs, and OUs are 2.03, 1.46, and 1.48 respectively.
From Fig.4.18, we can observe that in thefive years, the increasable amount of
eastern or central 211Usfirst slightly decreases then largely increases, and that of
western 211Usfirst increases then decreases. Inside eastern 211Us, the increasable
amount of JUs, or HSZUs, or OUs is basically in the uptrend.
It can be known that Table4.29that, on the indicator of Monographs, the
increasable amount of DEA-inefficient western 211Us is lower than that of eastern
211Us or central 211Us in 2006–2010, and thefive-year averages of eastern, central
and western 211Us are 2.16, 1.95, and 1.83 respectively. Inside eastern 211Us, the
increasable amount of HSZUs is much higher than that of JUs or OUs, and the
five-year averages of JUs, HSZUs, and OUs are 1.60, 3.06, 1.96 respectively. From
Fig.4.19, we can observe that in thefive years, the increasable amount of eastern
211Usfirst slowly increases then decreases, and that of central 211Usfirst increases
