This is consistent with the observation from NEAM sample.
It can be seen from Figs.3.27and3.28, thefinancial inputs of HSS disciplines
of 211Us located in eastern, central and western China show a step-wise decaying
trend. Inside the eastern 211Us, thefinancial inputs of JUs and HSZUs are larger
than those of OUs.
