hoosing a treatment is always the trickiest

part of a spa experience. While a lot of

spas offer similar treatments, there are

several that outdo themselves by incorporating

holistic practices into their rituals. Some

establishments cater to a corporate clientele and

others, especially destination spas, allow clients

to be whisked away on a relaxing escape far

from commitments, stressful situations and the

cacophony of the everyday life.

While some spas focus on Ayurveda, while others

Guests have now started becoming conscious

of what they eat and what they apply on their

bodies. Cruelty free cosmetics that are good

for you and the environment get a thumbs up

because they don’t contain harmful chemicals

such as phthalates and parabens. So, it is

always a good idea to choose the right kind of

products at a spa. Take for instance the ‘Indian
