India’s estimated 600 million IT work-
ers will be hired for new-age jobs of the
future, while 37 per cent of the Indian
workforce will be deployed in jobs that
call for advanced skill sets. Forty per
cent of IT professionals in India need
to reskill themselves to stay relevant.
