LET’S EAT

Hard Rock Cafe
From Boston to Brussels, Venice to Vallarta,
there are Hard Rock locations in some of
the world’s most desirable destinations,
and Singapore is no exception. Hard
Rock Cafe’s signature rock vibe combined
with the unique character of our country
makes it truly worth a visit!
Grab a few friends and head over to
the Orchard or Sentosa outlets to share a
Jumbo Combo ($39.95), which includes
the chain’s popular appetisers – signature
wings, onion rings and Tupelo chicken
tenders. Don’t leave without trying one
of their iconic Legendary Burgers; each
eight-ounce beef burger is made with the
restaurant’s proprietary blend of premium
grade beef, and served with seasoned fries
on the side. If burgers aren’t your thing,

Classic

American
dining

there are other delicious alternatives available. Go for a full
rack of hickory-smoked ribs ($37.95), for example, or the
newly added pasta arrabbiata ($24.95).
Once you’ve stuffed yourself with their delicious grub,
end the meal properly with a decadent Oreo cheesecake
($15.95) or a classic hot fudge brownie ($17.95). Delish!

Pince & Pints
Founded in 2014, this restaurant bar has recently opened
a second outlet along the heritage-rich streets of Katong.
This is the place to be if you’re a crustacean lover. The menu
is concise with a focus on lobster; signatures include the
lobster roll ($58) – a light and crispy roll stuffed with hearty
chunks of sweet lobster and seasoned with

a speciality mix of condiments – along
with grilled live whole lobster ($58) and
lobster mac and cheese. Another standout
is the chilli lobster ($58) – served with
fried mantou and homemade sauce – a
twist on the iconic local favourite, the
sweet-spicy chilli crab dish. Visiting with
little ones? There’s a kids’ menu with
options like chicken quesadilla ($12) and
cheesy baked pasta ($10).
Wash it all down with a glass or two;
you’ll be spoilt for choice with the curated
beverage list. Alcoholic options include
wines, spirits, beers and cocktails, but
you’ll also find mocktails and juices if
you’re feeling less indulgent. Something
for everyone!
