The dainty Cartier

that it creates the illusion

of an infinite spiral. It has

a rhodiumised 18-karat

white gold case and dial,

both set with brilliant-cut

diamonds, as well as a strip of

black lacquer. Sword-shaped

hands with sapphire crystal
