Slide USB port (white arrow) through the outside of
the new speedo mount and into the USB collar (red ar-
row) on the inside of the mount. It's sealed and secure
when you hear it click into place. Keep the provided
rubber gasket on the outside of the speedo mount.

Push the stock speedo into the new mounting bracket
and secure using the two stock T-20 screws.

Reattach the main wire harness to the speedo.

A wire harness is supplied with this kit, but 2018

Bobbers will not need this. A connector for the

USB port can be found behind the headlight in the

wire pouch.

Reinstall the new speedo mount with the USB port

installed using the stock 6mm Allen bolts. Now we're

ready to plug in and start charging.

Use a Phillips screwdriver, remove the headlight, trim

ring, and rubber seal from the housing

Disconnect the stock headlight plug and two

running light connectors.

Using a flathead screwdriver remove the four spring

clips securing the retaining ring to the stock headlight

and remove the ring.

Align tab on the front of the LED headlight with the

notch in the stock trim ring and secure the stock

retaining ring to the new LED headlight using four

provided spring clips. Make sure they route around

locating tabs on the edge of the light (arrow).
