Save your files offline

If you want to save your file to the SD card,
tap the menu button on the right when you’re
choosing where to export, then tap on Show SD
card. Now you’ll be able to move the file to your
external storage. Simple.

Bear in mind you’ll need to perform this
tutorial with an internet connection, so planning
ahead is essential. Know what you need and you’re
half way there. First find the file that you want to
make available offline in your Dropbox folders.
The favourite method

Another way to save your files is to export
them to your device. In the options list, scroll to
the Export button then tap it. You’ll be given a
number of options. The top one should enable you
to save the file to your device.
Or you can export

Tap the arrow next to the file you want to
save then scroll down the list of options to the
switch marked Available offline. Toggle this into the
on position and the file will download. Now you can
access it even if you’re not connected.
