stock – a Syn free

way to flavour all

kinds of dishes...

 SWAP the boiling water you’d

use to cook your dried rice or plain

couscous for chicken stock. Cook

following pack instructions (without

butter or oil) for tasty, savoury grains.

 SPOON  tbsp chicken stock over

†g baby potatoes in a casserole

dish with sliced garlic, cover with foil

and the lid, then bake for an hour.

Drain, spread on a non-stick baking

tray, spray with low-calorie cooking

spray and roast until golden.

 SIMMER hot chicken stock in

a saucepan with dried noodles,

sweetcorn kernels and

sliced spring onions until

the noodles are soft.

Cheat’s noodle soup done!
