ARB: MEET JACK
No good story ever ended with “and nothing went
wrong along the way”.
Yep, the best tales include a little element of misfortune
or dif culty, alongside the preparedness to get a handle
on the situation and out of trouble.
ARB introduces JACK, their new hydraulic long handled
jack, as a solution to the myriad sticky solutions that
present themselves along the course of this offroad life.
JACK’s pivot base can be rotated a full 360 degrees
for use on unstable ground and the sturdy aluminium
hook can quickly and securely locked into any of nine
hooking points on the unit’s body. Once a connection has
been made with the vehicle, each effortless pump of the
handle will lift your rig a full 13mm.
A key bene t of JACK over traditional mechanical units
is the massive reduction in effort required to lift a vehicle.
The handle is located on top of the jack and allows
the operator to remain standing, while the hydraulic
operation allows short movements rather than full body
pumps for the same result.
JACK has an approved lifting capacity of 2000kg and
boasts an impressive lift height of 1230mm.
