services of a coach who designed her food and
programs, each week is structured and she
knows the foods to eat to fuel her workout and
the supplements to take to assist her along
the way.
“I love that now I feel lighter, healthier and
obviously far more confident. Nothing beats
going into a store trying on an outfit and
looking in the mirror and knowing you look
and feel so good. My diet is very controlled
and regimented: I don’t drink alcohol and

haven’t in over 5 years. I actually find the less
I gorge or cheat the less I want to do that; the
‘out of sight, out of mind’ mentality works.”
Lauren says the most rewarding aspect
of training in the gym has been seeing the
changes in her abs, which now are showing
shape and definition. Also, her lower body
has changed in response to her new lifestyle.
Lauren finds consistent cardio, change in her
food plans and increasing her lower body
training to 3 times a week to be the key.
Training has brought on a whole new
meaning in Lauren’s life, and she is constantly
motivated by the feeling that training gives
her.
“I can have the worst day and feel like life
isn’t worth living, but then I chuck on a killer
gym kit, bust out a booty workout, followed
by a 20-minute run and walk out feeling full
of happy endorphins. I literally feel like a
