IDEAS:
x Let your children draw on
white fabric with an erasable
pen and hand or machine
stitch their designs.
x Use a floral-print fabric
as a motif. Cut out a flower
shape and attach it to the
background using a glue
stick. Draw a stem and leaf
with an erasable pen and
hand or machine stitch them
using thick thread, such
as 30wt or even 12wt.
xWork running stitch around
the tag^11 ⁄ 8 in from the edge
using three strands of
matching or contrasting
floss to give extra charm.
x Use the photos for other
ideas for the front of your tag
such as machine-embroidered
designs, cherries, lettering
and envelopes, or seam two
fabrics with lace between
them and add a message.
