“All during my Olympia reign,
I trained twice per day. For
example, I’d do chest and back
in the morning and legs in the
afternoon. Bodybuilding was my job, so
I could devote four to six hours to training
six days per week. I realise most people
don’t have that luxury. Still, if you have
the time you can benefit from doing a big
body part like thighs in one workout and
smaller body parts like calves and abs in
a separate workout on the same day.”
