BECKFORD SAYS:
“Hang with your hands
slightly wider than
shoulder-width apart.
Keep your legs straight and
raise them to a 90-degree
angle, pausing at the top
before slowly returning to
the bottom. Do as many
reps as it takes to go to
failure then go straight into
50 twists. If possible, do
the twists with a broom
handle because it’s light,
so it won’t thicken your
obliques. Each time you
twist, dip the handle
towards the floor to
engage the obliques
and tighten the waist.”
Most guys get to
their late 30s and think
they’re over the hill.
They’re wrong.
