Working out always feels amazing. You walk away
completely reenergised, buzzing and brimming
with mood-boosting endorphins. Unfortunately, it
has the opposite effect on how you look. Your skin
is left flushed and sweaty – prone to breakouts –
and your hair is greasy, lifeless and matted to your
scalp. But what if you want to head out after? You

STAY HYDRATED
Keep parched skin at bay by staying
hydrated pre- and post-workout. When
you’re dehydrated, your skin becomes
crepe-y and saggy, and eventually these
tiny wrinkles deepen. Excessive sweating
also removes the skin’s natural lubricants,
so it’s important to replenish these with
water. Down plenty of water during and
after your workout or, even better, drink
