Honeydew, cucumber
and lime juice
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: nil
Serves 1

¼ large honeydew melon,
seeds and skin removed
½ cucumber
1 lime, peeled

1 Put all ingredients
through a centrifugal or
masticating juicer, following
manufacturer’s instructions.
2 Pour into a
glass and serve.

Fennel, blueberry
and apple juice
Preparation time: 5 mins

Serves 1

1 small bulb fennel,
trimmed, roughly
chopped
1 apple, cored, chopped
85g frozen blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice

1 Put fennel, apple and
blueberries through a
centrifugal or masticating
juicer, following
manufacturer’s instructions.
2 Stir in lemon juice, pour
into a glass and serve.

Carrot, orange and
pineapple juice
Preparation time: 5 mins

1 orange, peeled
1 carrot
2 slices pineapple,
chopped
1cm piece ginger,
peeled

1 Put all ingredients
