Happy camper
How can you slash your risk of
fatigue, diabetes, obesity and
decreased productivity? Go
camping. During a recent study
published in Current Biology,
researchers found that when
people ditch their smart phones,
laptops and TVs to go camping,
their internal clocks are reset and
they fall asleep way more easily.
How does that help? Well, since
irregular circadian rhythms are
linked to a bunch of illnesses (like
diabetes), retuning your body
clock can slash your chances of
developing them. According to
the pros, even a weekend spent
in the great outdoors is enough
to reset your circadian rhythms.
See you by the campfi re!
