SMOOTHIE BOWLS

INGREDIENTS




¼ cup mango
1½ cups frozen banana
½ tsp. turmeric
¼ cup pineapple
1 tsp. blue matcha



METHOD





  • Blend all the ingredients together
    except the blue matcha. Blend until
    completely smooth.

  • Divide the smoothie into two portions.

  • Mix blue matcha into one half of the
    mixture and blend it again until it
    takes a beautiful blue colour.

  • Arrange the smoothies in a bowl as
    see in the picture and decorate it with
    toppings and seasonal fresh fruits.




INGREDIENTS




¼ cup pineapple
1½ cup frozen banana
¼ cup pink dragon fruit or 1 tsp. pink
pitaya
1 tsp. blue matcha
1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
1 tsp. soy milk



METHOD





  • Blend all the ingredients except the
    blue matcha until smooth.

  • Mix blue matcha in a bowl with 1 tsp.
    soy milk.

  • Add the blue matcha to your pink
    smoothie to get a pretty purple color.

  • Arrange the smoothie in your bowl with
    a diff erent colored smoothie or chia
    pudding and decorate with desired
    toppings and fresh fruits.
