All you need is a few minutes to make this simply delicious eggnog. It is creamy, sweet, and tasty.

SIMPLY VEGAN EGGNOG

INGREDIENTS




400 ml coconut milk, fresh or from a can
½ cup raw almonds or cashew nuts
Water as required
Palm sugar to taste
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon




METHOD





  • Soak the almonds or cashew nuts overnight.
    Remove the skins of the almonds.

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend
    until smooth.

  • Chill and serve sprinkled with cinnamon powder.
