Cont in Stst and cast on 6 (8, 10, 13)
sts next 2 rows then 11 (13, 17, 19)
sts following 2 rows. 98 (110, 128,
142) sts.
Next Row: RS - P7 (8, 9, 10) sts, k
to last 7 (8, 9, 10) sts; p to end.

Next Row: WS - Purl.
Rep last 2 rows until piece measures
11.5 (12, 13, 14) cm from marker,
end with a RS row.
Next Row: WS - Work 49 (55, 64,
71) sts; turn on these sts only, leave
rem 49 (55, 64, 71) sts on hold for
front.

BACK
Dec 1 st at neck edge next 5 (6, 7,
8) rows. 44 (49, 57, 63) sts.
Keeping bottom edge correct, and rem
sts in Stst, cont straight until piece
measures 18 (19, 20.5, 22) cm from
marker (or side seam edge), end with
a WS row.
Cast off loosely.

FRONT
With WS facing rejoin yarn to rem sts
at shoulder edge.
Keeping bottom edge correct, cast
off 8 (11, 14, 16) sts beg of next 2
WS rows, then 7 (7, 8, 9) sts beg of
next 2 WS rows, then dec 1 st at front
edge next 12 rows, then cast off rem

7 (7, 8, 9) sts beg of next WS row.
Fasten off.

MAKING UP
Join both halves together at back.
Join sleeve and side seams.

FRONT EDGING
With RS facing of garment and
3.75mm needles, beg at lower right
front edge, pick up and k21 sts per
each 10cm up front edge, across back
neck and down left front edge.
Next Row: WS - K.
Next Row: K3 (3, 4, 5) sts, k2tog, yo
twice; k to end.
Next Row: K across but k only into
one yo, drop 2nd yo off needle.
Garter Stitch further 3 rows.
Cast off loosely, using larger needle.

Sew on button.
